Co-Founder Fred Cox Will Not Seek Re-Election to the Emulex Board of Directors

today announced that after more than 30 years of service with the company, Fred Cox, Emulex co-founder and current Chairman Emeritus, will not seek re-election to the Board at this year's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
