3D Systems Announces $100M Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

3D Systems Corporation

announced today that it is offering to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering of approximately $100 million. Needham & Company, LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager of the offering and Canaccord Genuity is acting as co-lead manager. 3D Systems intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to finance future acquisitions of other entities or their assets and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
