Lehman Brothers To Acquire Remaining Stake In Archstone For $1.58B

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc reported that it acquired the remaining 26.5% stake in Archstone from Barclays Capital BCS and Bank of America Corp BAC for $1.58 billion. BCS shares closed at $11.66 yesterday, while BAC shares closed at $7.14 yesterday.
