LyondellBasell Increases Dividend by 60% to $0.40

LyondellBasell LYB today announced that its Supervisory Board has authorized the company's Management Board to declare a dividend of $0.40 per share, an increase of 60 percent from the $0.25 per share quarterly dividend paid in the first quarter of 2012. The dividend of $0.40 per share will be paid on June 11, 2012 to shareholders of record as of May 21, 2012, subject to the adoption of a resolution by the Management Board, which is expected to occur on May 21.
