Carl E. Berg Retires From Board of Directors of MoSys, Inc.

MoSys, Inc., MOSY today announced that Carl E. Berg will not stand for re-election to the Company's board of directors at the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders. After almost 20 years of service, Mr. Berg is retiring from the Company's board of directors. To fill the vacancy arising from Mr. Berg's retirement and to expand its membership, the board of directors has nominated Stephen L. Domenik and Victor K. Lee, who will both stand for election as independent directors at the 2012 annual meeting. “Carl has been a valuable and longstanding contributor to our board of directors, and we are very grateful for his wisdom, guidance and many years of service,” commented Len Perham, MoSys' President and Chief Executive Officer. “As one of our largest stockholders, he has a vested interest in our long-term success, and we are pleased that he will remain as an ongoing supporter of MoSys. On behalf of the entire MoSys' family, I want to thank Carl for his service and wish him well.”
