JMP Group Increases Quarterly Dividend by 17% to $0.035

JMP Group Inc.

announced today that its board of directors has voted to increase the company's cash dividend to $0.035 per share for the first quarter of 2012, an increase of nearly 17% from its dividend of $0.030 per share for the fourth quarter of 2011. The dividend will be paid on Friday, June 1, 2012 to common stockholders of record as of Friday, May 18, 2012.
