Provident Financial Services Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 8.3% to $0.13

Provident Financial Services, Inc. PFS announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share payable on May 31, 2012, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2012. The cash dividend represents an 8.3% increase from the prior quarter's cash dividend of $0.12 per share.
