Genesis Energy Increases Quarterly Distribution by 10.4% to $0.45

Genesis Energy, L.P. GEL announced today that it will pay a regular quarterly distribution of $0.45 per Common Unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2012, to Common Unitholders of record at the close of business on May 1, 2012. This distribution represents an increase of approximately 10.4% over the first quarter 2011 quarterly distribution of $0.4075 per unit, and an approximate 2.3% increase over the distribution paid with respect to the fourth quarter of 2011. This is the twenty-seventh consecutive quarter in which Genesis has increased its quarterly distribution. During this period, twenty-two of those quarterly increases have been 10% or greater year-over-year.
