SearchMedia Receives Extension Of Plan Period to Demonstrate Compliance with NYSE Amex LLC Standards

SearchMedia Holdings Limited IDI, today disclosed receipt of a notice from NYSE Amex LLC, dated March 7, 2012, extending the period from January 17, 2012 to May 21, 2012 in which the Company must meet the Exchange's financial impairment standard and reiterating the deadline to meet the Exchange's minimum stockholders' equity requirement standard by January 15, 2013 (collectively, the “Plan Periods”).
