Hill International Up 5% After Spain Contract Awards

Shares of Hill International HIL are up 5% after the company received contract awards in Spain this morning. The company announced today that its subsidiary Gerens Hill International has received a contract from Servicio Madrileno de Salud (SERMAS) to provide assistance for its technical unit in the project monitoring of seven hospitals in Madrid, Spain. The two-year contract has an estimated value to Gerens Hill of approximately EURO1.5 million ($2.0 million). SERMAS is an agency of the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid. Gerens Hill's services include compliance verification and quality monitoring of the non-health services provided by the concessionaire societies that operate each of the seven hospitals.
