, today announced that effective March 1, 2012, it will increase prices in all regions outside of North America on methyl bromide for emissive use by up to 20%, and within North America, prices for methyl bromide for regulated critical uses will increase by up to 40%. For quarantine and preshipment use, prices will increase by up to 60%. These price increases are necessary due to ongoing input cost escalation and investment costs associated with regulatory compliance, advocacy and manufacturing.
