SAIC Awarded $15 Million Task Order by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration

Science Applications International Corporation (NYSE: SAI) announced today it was awarded a task order by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to provide information technology (IT) modernization services in support of Portal Modernization Stage Two of FMCSA's IT Modernization Program. The follow-on task order has a one-year base period of performance, two six-month options, and a contract value of more than $15 million if all options are exercised. Work will be performed primarily in Arlington, Va. The task order was awarded under the Government Services Administration (GSA) IT 70 contract vehicle.
