Partner Communications Announces a Revision to the Amendment to Its Brand License Agreement

Partner Communications Company Ltd. PTNR announces today, following the Company's entering into an amendment to its brand licence agreement dated April 28, 2011 with Orange Brand Services Limited, a member of the France Telecom Group, for the use of the Orange brand, that the parties have signed an amendment to the Amendment Agreement. According to the said amendment, the commencement date for payment of the agreed royalties for a period of 15 years has been revised to April 1, 2012 and the establishment of a mutually acceptable procurement arrangement is no longer a condition for the payment of royalties.
