Omnicare Extends Tender Offer for PharMerica Until February 17, 2012

Omnicare, Inc.

today announced that it has extended its offer to purchase all outstanding shares of PharMerica Corporation

common stock for $15.00 per share in cash to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 17, 2012, unless further extended.  The tender offer was previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on January 27, 2012.  All other terms and conditions of the tender offer remain unchanged.
