A Peek Into The Market Before The Trading Starts

Pre-open movers US stock futures are flat this morning. Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 1 point to 12,218.00 and futures on the S&P 500 stock index rose 1.40 points to 1,258.80. Nasdaq 100 futures gained 1.50 points to 2,278.75. A Peek Into Global Markets European markets were mostly higher today. The STOXX Europe 600 Index has gained 0.28%, London's FTSE 100 index fell 0.35%, German DAX 30 index gained 0.25% and France CAC 40 index surged 0.22%. Asian markets ended mostly higher, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average rising 0.6045% and China's Shanghai Composite gaining 1.19%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index rose 0.1982% and India's Sensex dropped 0.57%. Broker Recommendation Analysts at JP Morgan raised the price target on CarMax KMX from $29 to $30.
