The transaction is likely to close in early January 2012. Shares of eBay Inc EBAY gained about 1.1% after the company reported that it bought BillSAFE, a leading provider of purchase-on-invoice technology in Germany. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal is likely to close in the first quarter of 2012. However, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Shares of WCA Waste Corp WCAA surged about 30.5% after the company agreed to be bought by Macquarie Infrastructure Partners II for around $526 million. MIP II will buy all of the outstanding common stock of WCA Waste for $6.50 per share in cash.
