Oritani Financial Corp. Announces Increased Dividend

Oritani Financial ORIT reported a 25% increase in its dividend rate. The Board of Directors has declared a $0.125 quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock. The $0.125 dividend rate represents an increase of $0.025 from the Company's previous dividend rate of $0.10 per share. The record date for the dividend will be November 8, 2011 and the payment date will be November 22, 2011.
