Adolor Shares Jump In Pre-Market On Acquisition News

Shares of Adolor Corporation ADLR jumped about 131% in pre-market trading after Cubist Pharmaceuticals Inc CBST announced its plans to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Adolor for $4.25 per share in cash. ADLR shares jumped 131.77% to $4.45 in the pre-market session. CBST shares closed at $40.38 on Friday.
