InterDigital's Board of Directors Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.10/Share

InterDigital IDCC today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock, payable on October 26, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 5, 2011.
