A-Power Energy Generation Systems Ltd APWR reported that the Audit Committee of A-Power's Board of Directors has appointed BDO Daejoo LLC as its new independent registered public accounting firm. Shares of Coca-Cola Femsa S.A.B. de C.V. KOF fell about 0.6% after the company announced its plans to buy regional Mexican Coke bottler Grupo Cimsa in a deal valued at 11 billion pesos ($838 million). Shares of Buckle Inc BKE rose about 3.3% after the company announced its plans to pay out a special cash dividend of $2.25 per share to shareholders of record as of October 14. The company also authorized a regular quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share. Shares of 3D Systems Corporation DDD gained about 0.4% after the company acquired Formero Pty Ltd, a provider of on-demand custom parts services and 3D printing solutions headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
