National Technical Systems Acquires Lightning Technologies for $6M

National Technical Systems, Inc.

announced today the acquisition of the business and assets of Lightning Technologies, Inc. for $6 million in cash, plus an earn-out of up to an additional $1 million based on meeting certain performance targets within the first 48 months following the acquisition.
