Hot Topic Appoints New CIO

Hot Topic, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Select Market: HOTT) today announced that two new executives have joined the company, Don Hendricks as Chief Information Officer and Jeff Allison as Senior Vice President of Planning and Allocation. Mr. Hendricks will lead all information technology for Hot Topic, Inc. Prior to joining Hot Topic, Mr. Hendricks was the Chief Information Officer at Gymboree Corporation where he led many successful major systems implementations. In addition to his IT responsibilities, Mr. Hendricks was also responsible for distribution and logistics.
