Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. Completes Public Offering of Common Stock

Invesco Mortgage Capital IVR today announced the completion of its public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock. The total offering of 20,000,000 shares produced gross proceeds of approximately $367.4 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
