The Singapore Fund Announces Postponement of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

The Singapore Fund, Inc. SGF, a closed-end management investment company seeking long-term capital appreciation through investment primarily in Singapore equity securities, announced today that it has postponed the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which had been scheduled for Thursday, June 2, 2011. The Fund will announce a new date for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, as well as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting as soon as they are available.
