H&Q Life Sciences Investors Announces Special Meeting of Shareholders

H&Q Life Sciences Investors HQL announced that its special meeting of shareholders to amend its Declaration of Trust, which tentatively had been scheduled for May 3, 2001, will be held on May 2, 2011. The record date for the meeting remains March 25, 2011.
