IFF Declares Dividend of $.27

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. IFF announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share on the common stock of the corporation, payable on April 6, 2011 to shareholders of record on March 23, 2011.
