NeoPhotonics Reports Record Fourth Quarter and Annual Revenue for 2010

NeoPhotonics Corporation NPTN, a leading designer and manufacturer of photonic integrated circuit, or PIC, based modules and subsystems for bandwidth-intensive, high speed communications networks, today announced financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. “We are very pleased with our results for the fourth quarter of 2010 and full year,” said Tim Jenks, Chairman, President and CEO of NeoPhotonics. “We achieved record revenue for both periods and we recorded our first full year of profitability in 2010.
