Access National Increases Dividend by 100% to $.02

Access National Corporation ANCX, parent company for Access National Bank, reported fourth quarter net income of $2.2 million, a 10% increase over the $2.0 million recorded in the fourth quarter of 2009. This represents the company's 42nd consecutive quarterly profit. The Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.02 per share for shareholders of record as of February 10, 2011, representing a 100% increase over per share dividends paid in recent periods. The dividend will be paid on February 25, 2011.
