Colony Financial Declares 2010 Special Dividend of $0.05

The Board of Directors of Colony Financial, Inc. CLNY has declared a special dividend for 2010 of $0.05 per common share in order to distribute the balance of the Company's estimated taxable income for 2010. The special dividend will be paid on January 14, 2011 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2010.
