Radware Subject To Profit Taking (RDWR)

Shares of Radware RDWR are subject to profit taking this morning, trading down more than 6% after the company was subject to takeover rumors yesterday. There were unconfirmed rumors that that technology company could be acquired by either Hewlett-Packard HPQ or IBM IBM. The Israeli Web site Globes had reported talks were already underway between the parties. Globes said that the offer is expected to come in at $45 a share, representing a significant premium to where shares were trading before the report surfaced. Shares of Radware are currently losing 6.14%, or $2.37 to trade at 36.22. Volume is particularly heavy again today, having traded already 280,000 shares today.
