Mike Khouw spoke on CNBC's "Options Action" about a bullish options activity in Allergan plc (NYSE: AGN). He said the call options volume was two times the average daily options volume and the most active were the February 195 calls.

Around 2,100 contracts of the February 195 calls were traded for $2.10. The break even for the trade is at $197.10 or approximately 5 percent above the closing price on Monday.
