Jim Cramer Gives His Opinion on Groupon And Baidu

Jim Cramer said on CNBC's Mad Money that Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) is a value stock. He likes its business model and he is a buyer of the stock.

Cramer can't recommend Baidu Inc (ADR) (NASDAQ:BIDU) as a buy. The only Chinese company that he is willing to buy is Alibaba Group Holding Ltd (NYSE:BABA).
