On CNBC's Options Action, Dan Nathan spoke about options trading activity in Exxon Mobil Corporation XOM. He said put options volume in Exxon Mobil was two times higher than call options volume.
Nathan noticed one particularly big trade on Thursday. A trader sold to close the February 85 puts and she or he bought to open 7,000 contracts of the March 82.50 puts for $1.02. The trade breaks even at $81.48 or 1 percent below the current market price.
