Jim Cramer said on CNBC's Mad Money that Conduent Inc (NYSE: CNDT), a spin-off unit of Xerox Corp (NYSE: XRX), is an interesting stock. He added that he likes Xerox for its cash flow generation ability and he would buy it at $7.

Cramer is not a department store fan and he is not interested in owning J C Penney Company Inc (NYSE: JCP).

Bank of New York Mellon Corp (NYSE: BK) is a good bank, but he would rather buy Citigroup Inc (NYSE: C).

Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) announced a special dividend on Tuesday, but Cramer is not a buyer of any automobile stocks because of autonomous cars, competition and costs of producing cars in the United States.
