Jim Cramer said on CNBC's Mad Money that investors should hold Boeing Co (NYSE: BA), which is trading at its 52-week high.

The U.S. residential and non-residential construction companies are going to continue to do well, thinks Cramer, but instead of buying US Concrete Inc (NASDAQ: USCR), he would rather buy Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. (NYSE: MLM). Cramer thinks Martin Marietta Materials has a better management.

Cramer would not sell Duke Energy Corp (NYSE: DUK). He added that investors should be careful because the stock is interest rates sensitive and with the increase in interest rates, it trades lower.
