Tim Seymour said on CNBC's Fast Money that the small-caps remain a problem and he is using iShares Russell 2000 Index (ETF) (NYSE: IWM) as a way to hedge his portfolio. He added that iShares Dow Jones US Telecom (ETF) (NYSE: IYZ) and Utilities SPDR (ETF) (NYSE: XLU) are going to continue to outperform.

Brian Kelly thinks that iShares Barclays 20+ Yr Treas.Bond (ETF) (NYSE: TLT) should trade higher.

Pete Najarian believes that Freeport-McMoRan Inc (NYSE: FCX) and Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) are going to continue to trade lower and he owns put options in both of them.
