Dennis Gartman Reveals That He Would Rather Own Shangai Composite Than S&P 500

On CNBC's Fast Money, Dennis Gartman and Melissa Lee analyzed what asset class would be a better investment over the next three months. Gartman thinks that crude oil is going to perform better than natural gas because it is going to be difficult to export natural gas and if he had to choose among them he would pick crude oil. Instead of gold, Gartman would rather own U.S. dollars. He would be interested to buy gold denominated in euro and yen. Over the course of the next three months, Shangai Composite should perform better than the S&P 500, believes Gartman. Despite the negative news in the media, he is confident that this is the moment to own Chinese stocks. Gartman also said that he is bullish on crude oil equities. He thinks that the trouble times are over.
