Cramer thinks that Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc INO is an interesting speculative play. He warned his viewers to be careful with speculative stocks, because these stocks are very risky and can lead to a significant loss. Cramer's charitable trust fund owns General Motors Company GM and the stock is not performing well. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV FCAU seems like much better story and he would hold the stock.
