Dan Nathan Sees Unusual Options Activity In Alibaba


On CNBC's "Options Action," Dan Nathan spoke about unusual call options activity in Alibaba Group Holding Limited (NYSE: BABA) ahead of earnings. The company is due to report earnings on Wednesday.

The stock fell 4.49 percent on Monday, but call options volume was three times that of puts. Nathan said that the options market is implying a 5 percent move in either direction on earnings and the stock moved 4 percent over the last four quarterly earnings reports.
