Dan Nathan spoke on CNBC's "Options Action" about unusually high options activity in Visa Inc (NYSE: V). He said that puts outnumbered calls 2 to 1 in Visa on Thursday and it looks to him that somebody was buying protection.

When the stock was trading at $143.73, there was a buyer of 5,000 contracts of the September 143 puts for $1.73. The trade breaks even at $141.27 or 2.24 percent lower.
