Corn Futures Trading Lower

March Corn is trading at 370, down 3 1/2 cents/bushel. May Corn is trading at 377 1/4, down 3 3/4 cents/bushel. Corn futures are trading lower after Thursday's soft trading session. Market chatter that thirty and ninety day weather forecasts are showing good weather for fieldwork and planting making the rounds. The USDA reported on Thursday that corn export sales for the current marketing year as of February 9th are now 74.3 percent of the agency forecast versus the five year average of 69.2 percent.
