The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 98.84, up 0.05. The U.S. dollar index is trading rangebound. Market chatter about headline news is making the rounds. The Census Bureau reported that factory orders rose by 1.3 percent during December versus a 2.3 percent decline in November. Markit's services PMI (purchasing managers surveys) rose to 55.6 from 53.9 in January. The composite PMI increased to 55.8 from 54.1 in December. .
