EUR/USD Trading Higher, French Business Confidence Flat

EUR/USD is trading at 1.0748, up 0.0020. The pair is trading rangebound and little under the session highs. Market chatter about global money flows and European headline news is making the rounds. The French National Statistics Institute of Statistics and Economic studies (INSEE) reported that January business confidence in France was flat at 106 versus 106 in December.
