The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 101.22, down 0.15. The U.S. Dollar Index is trading rangebound. The Census Bureau reported that year over year retail sales during December rose 4.1 percent versus a rise of 3.8 percent in November. On the month retail sales rose 0.6 percent versus a rise of 0.2 percent in November.
