USDA Export Sales; Soybean Futures Lower

The USDA reported today that Soybean weekly export sales for the current marketing year for the period ending December 29th totaled 87,500 tonnes. Sales were down 91 percent from the previous week and down 94 percent from the four week average. Soymeal sales for the current year totaled 83,300 tonnes. Sales were down 67 percent from the previous week and down 59 percent from four week average. Soybean Oil sales for the current year totaled 30,900 tonnes. Sales were up 64 percent from previous week and 41 percent the four week average. March Soybeans are trading at 1005 1/2, down 7 cents/bushel. March Soymeal is trading at 314.6, down 3.6 $/ton. March Soybean Oil is trading at 35.26, up 0.04 cents/lb.
