U.S. Dollar Index Lower, New York PMI Rises

The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 102.85, down 0.35. The U.S. dollar index is a little above the session lows. Market chatter about global headline and economic data news is making the rounds. The Institute for Supply Management's (ISM) New York Index rose to 63.8 from 52.5. The Federal Reserve FOMC minutes are scheduled for release at 2:00 p.m. ET.
