Live Cattle Futures Little Changed Ahead of USDA Report

February live cattle is trading at 117.05, up 0.25 cents/lb. April live cattle is trading at 114.90, up 0.15 cents/lb. Live cattle futures are trading steady and a little higher just after the open. Chatter about the upcoming U.S. Department of Agriculture's cattle-on-feed report is making the rounds. The USDA is scheduled to release the report at 12:00 p.m. ET. Livestock futures close early at 1:15 p.m. ET.
