U.S. Dollar Index Lower, Personal Income Flat

The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 102.60, down 0.43. The U.S. dollar index is trading at session lows. The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis reported that November personal income was flat versus rise of 0.5 percent in October. Personal Spending edged up 0.2 percent versus a 0.4 percent rise in October. The November Core PCE Price Index was flat versus a 0.1 percent rise in October.
