EUR/USD Trading Higher, Italian Retail Sales Edge Up

EUR/USD is trading at 1.0459, up 0.0033. Italy's National Institute of Statistics (ISTAT) reported that October retail sales rose 1.2 percent versus a decline of 0.5 percent in September. Year over year Italian retail sales rose edged down 0.2 percent versus a fall in September of 1.3 percent.
