Live Cattle Futures Trading Higher

February live cattle is trading at 116.65, up 0.72 cents/lb. April live cattle is trading at 114.30, up 0.12 cents/lb. Live cattle futures are trading near the session highs after showing a steady trade early in the day. Market chatter about consumer demand and cash prices has kept buyers and sellers active. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's cattle-on-feed and cold storage reports are scheduled for release Friday at 12:00 p.m. ET.
